Enjoy a large open plan living space/kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 modern bathrooms, and a pleasant terrace where you can dine and enjoy the spectacular ocean views.

Access is via a ramp/staircase, which contributes to the exclusive location, but may be less suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

You share the pool with only 1 extra apartment below you. No crowds on the water. At the pool you can enjoy the sun on the wooden sun loungers.

There is also wifi available. 

A quiet location close to the most beautiful beaches of the island, dive sites and restaurants. Ideal for relaxing and experiencing the Caribbean lifestyle.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
