In the afternoon, take a refreshing dip in your private pool, visit the Coral Estate shaded beach, just an 8-minute walk away, or visit the nearby beaches such as Porto Marie or Cas Abao. End the evening with a delicious BBQ while enjoying a cocktail and the beautiful setting sun. There is peace and quiet here in the middle of the nature reserve in which the villa is located.

The villa
A fantastic villa with sea views, within walking distance of the beach. The villa is on a 24/7 secure resort. The entire villa is at your disposal during your stay. The house has two spacious terraces. The higher terrace is adjacent to the living room and the fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob. From the living room and terrace you have great sea views, and you can enjoy the fantastic sunset. On this floor is also the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is also a guest toilet and laundry room here.

The internal or external staircase leads to the ground floor. Here are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. These bedrooms are adjacent to the terrace where the private pool is also located. This terrace has 6 sunbeds, a dining table for 6 people and a BBQ. Here too you still have fantastic views of the sea. You can find shade under the canopy or lie in the sun.

The area around Coral Estate (Banda Abou) is known for its beautiful flora and fauna. Both in Coral Estate and the nearby beaches you can enjoy the underwater world. We offer snorkel sets on loan. Are you travelling with small children? No problem! We have a cot (120x60cm) and a high chair available. We would like to emphasize that the ground floor has an unfenced swimming pool where you should be alert with small children.

The villa has 110V and 220V connections. You can park on site.

In all bedrooms we have beds of 180cm wide x 200cm long.
