The house is located on the secure Villapark Fontein and has its own driveway. Furthermore, the house is surrounded by a lovely garden with beautiful flowers and trees and which is visited daily by the colorful birds that live on the island. Peace and privacy are guaranteed. Due to the higher location, there is always a cooling breeze.
Enjoy a snack and a drink on the spacious porch followed by your own swimming pool with sea view and from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. This view never gets boring!
Inside, the house is fully equipped. The kitchen has a gas stove, a fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso, Senseo and filter coffee) and kettle. Then there is a living room with a cozy sitting area.
The house has two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed (box spring of 180 x 200) and the other bedroom has two single beds (box springs of 90 x 200). Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a comfortable shower with hot water, a toilet and a sink.
The porch has two sunbeds, a cozy table with four dining chairs, two comfortable lounge chairs and there is a barbecue.
There is also a separate storage room with a washing machine.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are available as standard.
