The house is set on a large 3000 m² estate, with a carefully manicured lawn surrounding a large 50 m² swimming pool. For families with children, there is a playground with swings, a slide and a trampoline that are sure to keep the little ones entertained. For those who prefer a more active holiday, there is a table tennis table, table football and a badminton/volleyball court available.
The estate also features an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing meals al fresco, and several parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a typical Istrian tavern with a beautiful garden, where authentic Istrian dishes are served.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and has a total living area of 400 m², spread over two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, ideal for meetings and communal meals. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of these rooms has a double bed and the other two single beds. For added convenience, there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three rooms have a double bed and two rooms have two single beds, providing flexible sleeping options for larger groups or families.
The house also offers two dedicated rooms for relaxation and entertainment. One room is equipped with a hot tub and a separate toilet, the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring Istria. The other room is dedicated to entertainment, with a billiard table, table football and darts, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening with family and friends in the evening.
In nearby Žminj, guests will find all the necessary amenities, including shops, ATMs, restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. Beaches and sports facilities are located in Rovinj or Poreč, just 20 kilometers away, making it easy to explore the coast of Istria.
