Villa Bella N is a newly built holiday home on a private fenced plot of 650 m2 in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Poreč and 11 km from the sea. In Višnjan, 3 km away, is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and more. The house was built in 2022 and offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea, and in the outdoor area, guests have their own swimming pool with sunbeds, a terrace with seating, a barbecue, a trampoline for children and two parking spaces.

The holiday home for 6 people is equipped with modern furniture, with a living space of 147 m2 on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with access to a covered terrace and swimming pool, a double bedroom with a shower/toilet and a separate toilet.

On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet and a communal terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the sea.

Thanks to its location, this villa is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside and yet a 10-minute drive from the beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to our booking and rental conditions for holiday homes, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in good time. We ask for a deposit of 30% and the remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
