Villa Belvedere is a recently built villa, located in an elevated position with stunning panoramic views over the west coast of Istria and the sea. The villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Sveti Lovrec, 14 km from Poreč, 8 km from the sea and 20 km from Rovinj. Set in its own fenced grounds of 250 m² with a well-kept lawn, it offers guests a 40 m² swimming pool, a spacious covered terrace with a seating area, barbecue, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and private parking in an enclosed garden.
The villa can accommodate 6 people of 180 m², spread over two floors, is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa and a fireplace, satellite TV, a dining room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with its own shower/toilet and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to the shared balcony with a seating area and panoramic views of the beautiful sunset. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers Wi-Fi and guests can play billiards and table tennis.
