Villa Nova Medulin

A lovely holiday home in a quiet place in a wooded area. The detached house offers a lot of privacy and is only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Medulin and the beaches. An ideal place to retreat from everyday life in peace.

The accommodation is only five minutes by transport (car or bicycle) from the centre of the village, as are the nearest beaches of Medulin and Pomer. Despite the distance to the village, the beaches and shops of Medulin, which is frequented by tourists, the house offers a ''secluded from the world'' experience. 

The style of the interior is cozy and comfortable. The floor of the entire house is made of natural stone from Istria. Upon entering you will find yourself in the living room with a sitting area, TV, a dining table and an open kitchen.  The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer. The fully automatic coffee maker  is also at your disposal. The living room has a special air conditioning for both cooling and heating. To the right of the entrance is an open hallway that takes you to the two bedrooms and bathroom. All windows and the double door next to the kitchen have a blind and mosquito nets.

Through the patio doors near the kitchen you enter the terrace covered with pergola overlooking pine trees. The terrace is ideal for the first cup of coffee in the morning,  a cozy barbecue or a glass of wine at dusk. For a moment of rest, settle down on the two-person hammock chair with a favourite book in hand. In the background you  can hear the singing of the birds, you can feel a breeze, smell  the wonderful scent of the pine trees that accentuate the Mediterranean character.
Do you enjoy the sun more? On the terrace it is also possible to relax on the sunbeds and sunbathe. 

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided on arrival.

Please bring your own beach towels.

By car you can reach the two large supermarkets in the village within five minutes:  Lidl and  Plodine. The beautiful old town of Pula is 7.8 km away and the nearest airport is 11 km away. Flights operated by Ryanair, Eurowings, Transavia, Easyjet and Croatia Airline fly daily to Pula.

The beaches of Camp Medulin, Belvedere and Kazela can be reached in 5 minutes.  Kamenjak Nature Park in about 10 minutes.  For the  slightly more sporty tourist, the area offers many possibilities: windsurfing, snorkeling, supping, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, etc.  For a romantic day out, we recommend a trip through the interior of Istria to the special Groznjan (Italian: Grisignana). This town is located about 80 km from Medulin and is also called the "city of artists".

This is also a very nice house in the early and late season and Croatia is beautiful with usually wonderful temperatures
