Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The  general  and cancellation conditions

General cancellation conditions  apply to the campsite and rental properties in Italy and the villas in Thailand and Bonaire 


Cancellation policy

If an agreement is cancelled, you will owe the following cancellation costs: if cancelled more than 90 days before the commencement date: 15% of the agreed price, if cancelled within 90 to 60 days before the commencement date: 50% of the agreed price, if cancelled within 60 to 30 days before the commencement date: 75% of the agreed price, if cancelled within 30 days before the commencement date: 90% of the agreed price, if cancelled on the day of the Commencement Date: 100% of the agreed price.

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
