Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All our prices are seasonal.

Water and electricity are based on a fair use policy.

Linen and towels are included in the price.

In case of cancellation, the deposit of 25% is non refundable.

On arrival within 90 days, the entire day is non-refundable.

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
