Villa Blou-Berde


Villa Blou-Berde was completed in April 2019 and is located on a spacious plot of 950 m2. The villa is located in the Belnem district of La Palma, a 5-minute drive from the city and a 5-minute drive from Lac Bay. You only have to drive a few minutes to the nearest beach.

Stylish, warm and with a lot of attention, are characteristics that belong to Villa Blou-Berde, something that immediately stands out the moment you step into the house. The villa has been beautifully decorated with an eye for detail and at the same time a homely warmth. The living room flows into the open kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. The garden and terrace are also very tastefully decorated and are a genuine extension of the house.

The villa has a porch full of wind with lovely lounge corner, 4 luxury sun beds and 4 beach chairs and of course a dining table to enjoy the outdoors. The whole is surrounded by a spacious garden with young plants. In the garden there is a spacious palapa of more than 3 by 3 meters. Of course there is a private swimming pool of 7 by 4 meters with an additional seating area of 3 by 3 meters. There is also a Weber BBQ, Fatboy hammock, outdoor shower and outdoor sink for diving equipment.

There are 3 bedrooms with box spring beds (all with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.

The kitchen has an American fridge with water tap and ice cubes, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, sandwich maker and blender. There is a washing machine and a safe. And of course there is WIFI in and around the entire house.
In the living room there is a cozy sitting area with a television that is connected to the internet (for example for using Netflix) and a large dining table.

Mentioned prices are excluding service charge for the manager and for airport transfer, 24/7 support, final cleaning. Prices include (normal) use of water and electricity.

After our first visit in 2010 we immediately fell in love with Bonaire. This is really a place where you actually don't want to leave. After several visits, we rented a house in the La Palma district for the first time in the summer of 2017. We loved the house and its location on the wind so much that we decided to make our dream of a house on Bonaire a reality. We hope that our visitors will feel just as at home there as we do.

Extra price information

The prices quoted are based on a two-person stay and do not include (15%) service charge for the manager and for airport transfer, 24/7 support, intermediate and final cleaning and for the use of bed linen and towels.

The service charge, costs for extra people and tourist tax are included as additional costs in the calculation.

Prices include (normal) use of water and electricity.

When booking, 50% of the total rent must be paid. The remaining 50% must be paid 1 month before the start of the stay.
