Villa "Bon Rivato" is quiet, on the wind, located on the Courtyard Village resort, 1.5 km. from the center of Kralendijk and 6 minutes walk from the sea.

The completely walled resort, where villa "Bon Rivato" is located, has two electronically operated entrance gates. The villa is 135 m2 in size, has a spacious living room with a wooden open kitchen with a gas stove, an oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 2 of which have their own en suite bathroom and toilet. All rooms have ceilings of up to 4.5 m in height. The plot is 525 m2 in size, has three covered outdoor terraces on the ground floor, an outdoor gas barbecue, two outdoor showers and a storage cupboard for diving equipment.

The covered terrace, adjacent to the living room, is completely screened with mosquito nets and sliding screen doors, so no problems with mosquitoes in the rainy season.

Directly adjacent to the covered main terrace is the private swimming pool (measurements 10 m. x 2.20 m). The swimming pool was completely renovated in February 2021 and equipped with magnesium technology instead of chlorine.
There is a covered roof terrace where you can sunbathe, but also enjoy the wind and a view of the surrounding area.
The fully walled garden is beautifully planted with many palms, cacti and flowering shrubs.

Due to the mature, tropical planting with many palms, you are guaranteed privacy everywhere around the villa! No view, but a beautiful view from the higher roof terrace on the vegetated area where many birds reside such as (parakeet) parrots, hummingbirds and trupials.

The house is also environmentally friendly due to the 12 installed solar panels.

The villa distinguishes itself by the fact that Bonairean landscape paintings by the painter-owner hang in all rooms. The villa is also furnished with high-quality teak furniture and a lot of attention has been paid to good lighting, also for reading. There is a large, up-to-date, book stock for reading relaxation. Luxurious, remote-controlled, silent ceiling fans hang in all rooms and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. Guests can also use the on-site washing machine.

Villa Bon Rivato is within walking distance from the capital Kralendijk.
Right next to the resort are 2 neighborhood supermarkets for the first groceries. These are open until about 7.30 pm.

A diving school is located in the park.

The closest beach is about 400-500 meters from the park.

The minimum length of stay is 5 nights.

You can rent the villa with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. The standard price per night is calculated on the use of 2 guests using 1 bedroom with its own en suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom (two single beds) also has its own ensuite bathroom and can be booked in the option system.
You can book the 3rd bedroom (two single beds) separately in the option options. This is for use by, for example, 5 or 6 people or if fewer people want more space.

There is the possibility to rent a detached office space, 6 m2, and has its own internet connection. Can only be rented for the entire period of stay. Specify when booking.

Reservation procedure

with a reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the basic rental price (without the extras), the remainder of 70% must be credited to the account of the landlord no later than 6 weeks before the stay.

Early booking

If you already book for the next calendar year , we only ask for a down payment of 30% on the basic rent on December 1 of the year prior to your stay.

Take away service

You can use the pick-up service from the airport by the property manager Dianne.
The cost is $25, payable directly to Dianne.
You can also use her transport service on departure.
The cost is also $25.00

Late check out

There are flights at a number of times per day.
It is standard that on the day of departure you have left the house at 10:00 am so that the cleaners can clean the house and prepare it for the next guests.
Other departure times can be discussed with the owner.
You must indicate this in advance when booking!

If you choose the extra option: late check-out, you can use the house until 6 p.m.

I am Rik van Tongeren, owner of "Villa Bon Rivato" on Bonaire.

More than ten years ago I fell in love with the island of Bonaire.
The landscapes and the colors made me "fall" for Bonaire. Colors you won't find anywhere else.

As an amateur landscape painter I can indulge myself on Bonaire. You will find the results throughout the villa!

I would like to let you enjoy Bon Rivato where colibris, lorres and trupials will keep you company in the garden.

Explanation of prices

The rental prices are per night and based on the use of 2 people with the use of 1 bedroom with 1 ensuite bathroom.

It is possible to book bedroom 2 with its own ensuite bathroom for a maximum of 2 people.
You can indicate this when booking by choosing this extra option.

If you want even more extra space, or your group consists of 5-6 people, you can book bedroom 3. You can book the 3rd bedroom by choosing this extra option when booking.

Bedroom 3 does not have its own bathroom, you share the use of bathroom 2 with the users of bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3 also has air conditioning and its own TV

For 2 persons, 150 KW electricity per week (7 nights) is included in the rent, for 4 persons 250 KW and for 6 persons 350 KW. More consumption is deducted from the deposit according to the current KW prices.

There is the possibility to book a separate office space of 6m2. This is separate from the house and has its own internet connection. Only for the entire period of stay and bookable in the option system.

It is possible to check out later on the day of departure (maximum at 6 pm). You can then leave your bags in the house, but you can no longer use the outdoor shower in the house itself.

Use of the house on the day of departure (until 6 p.m.) costs € 50.00. see option

If you wish, you can be collected from the airport by the property manager and brought back at the end of your holiday.
This is optional.
You must indicate this when booking.
The cost of the pick-up from the airport is €25.
The costs to take you back to the airport are € 25,-
