In the past two years, the penthouse has been completely and tastefully restyled, focusing on comfort, quality and a fresh, contemporary look. The open layout and large windows create a light, airy feeling and allow the inside and outside to flow seamlessly.

Relax by the cooling pool or enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private terrace that impress every night. The lively center of Kralendijk is just a few minutes' walk away, with a wide choice of boutiques, excellent restaurants and cozy bars.

Layout & Comfort – Space, luxury and views

The Roman Penthouse is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The penthouse features three very spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable king-size beds for a wonderful night's sleep. The master bedroom is extra spacious and equipped with a 55-inch smart television. Ideal for those who appreciate that little bit of extra comfort.

Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and a luxurious ceiling fan, so you can adjust the climate completely to your liking – comfortable day and night, even in the warmer months. Bed linen and towels are of course included, so you can enjoy your stay without any worries.

There are three luxurious bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, which makes the apartment perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer and ice maker, blender, coffee maker and kettle. Everything is there for extensive cooking or carefree enjoyment.

The spacious terraces offer a magnificent view over the Caribbean Sea and towards the cruise terminal. Here you can enjoy cooling sea breezes and impressive sunsets every day.

In addition, there is free parking on site and you have access to the communal swimming pool, located in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The pool deck around the pool was completely renovated in 2025 and equipped with a luxurious travertine floor. The lounge chairs and sunbeds have also been completely renewed, creating a comfortable and stylish resort atmosphere. There is also a wifi point at the pool.

For added peace of mind, the apartment complex is fully walled and equipped with a modern pass and drop access system, allowing only guests and residents access to the grounds and communal facilities.

The rates for this apartment include the costs for electricity and water.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy – The Roman Penthouse Bonaire

  • When making the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the rent will be charged.
  • The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation by the tenant

  • If cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total rent is due.
  • In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the rent is due.

Cancellation by the landlord

In the unlikely event that the landlord has to cancel the reservation, the amount already paid will be refunded in full.

The rental company is not liable for any additional costs such as flight or car rental costs.

Cancellation insurance

We strongly advise guests to take out good travel and cancellation insurance that also covers unforeseen circumstances.

All cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail).

The cancellation date is considered the date on which the cancellation is received.
