Blue Miles estate is located on the hill of Santa Barbera. Halfway down a cul-de-sac and very quiet street.
The house is fully equipped. In the exotic garden with palms and rocks there are several places in the sun and shade to enjoy. But that is also possible on the sunbeds by the pool. The pool is a so-called magnesium bath. Good for the body. The house is about 8 minutes from the center of Kralendijk.
The access to both the north of Bonaire (Hato and Goto lake) and the south (Sorobon) is excellent. In front of the house or on the driveway plenty of space to park the car. The house has three spacious bedrooms. The garden room/3rd bedroom can be booked extra. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and Vans. With a separate door access to the bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower cubicle. The main bathroom has a washing machine. The second bedroom has its own access at the entrance. The third bedroom/garden room also has its own entrance with its own key box. Both are equipped with a kettle and coffee maker.
There is a seating area in front of the guest room in the green front garden. To enjoy the hummingbird that is attracted to the nectar during breakfast or a cup of coffee. The third bedroom (garden room) has a seating area garden-oriented. The living room is spacious and has all the necessary facilities such as dining table, relax chairs, television with numerous channels, WIFI (internet is accessible everywhere on site), bar, safe, etc. The living room also has air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, extensive crockery, ice maker, etc. The sliding door gives access to the terrace and the pool. You can relax in the hammocks. A staircase gives access to the roof terrace with a seating area and two sun loungers. There is always a cooling breeze here. And a fantastic view of Kralendijk, Klein Bonaire and the ocean.
In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine with a view of the illuminated swimming pool and garden, Kralendijk and the starry sky. Chairs available to take to the beach. Sitting/lying places halfway and at the back of the garden. An outdoor shower to cool off and rinse off the salt water before entering the pool. At the back of the garden is the garden house with lounge set. Here is also the barbecue that you can use.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Rental > 3 months possible in the period February to April and September to November. Rate 2350 per month excl. electricity/water. On request.
