This lovely villa has a magnificent view over the tropical garden with a view of the lagoon. Due to its favorable location, a nice breeze usually blows over the spacious veranda, so you can relax here in the lounge sofa, on the sunbeds or at the large table.
You can also use the cabanas on the water, the communal swimming pool and the jetties on the canal which is connected to the open sea.
There is a parking space at the front door. The entire park of 24 villas is fenced and therefore very secure.
Our house is equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay on a tropical island: fully air-conditioned, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large veranda. There is also an outdoor shower, where you can freshen up after a day at the beach or rinse off your diving gear.
The house has recently been refreshed and contains everything needed for a wonderful holiday with lots of privacy. Pets are not allowed.

In 1999 we set foot on Bonaire for the first time and got married there. We immediately fell in love with the island and over the years we regularly traveled to our beloved island. When we saw this house for sale in 2022, we couldn't resist. Wonderfully situated in a tropical garden, a few steps away from a beautiful lagoon with jetties.
Surrounded by a beach with cabanas where you can enjoy your cup of coffee and if you are lucky you will see the turtles swimming and you will be welcomed by the iguanas. A few steps away from a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds, which is shared with the 23 other houses. 

We have been living on the island ourselves since July 2024 and we will be happy to welcome you and show you around the villa.
