This lovely villa has a magnificent view over the tropical garden with a view of the lagoon. Due to the favorable location, there is usually a nice breeze blowing over the spacious veranda, so you can relax in the lounge sofa, on the sunbeds or at the large table.
You can also use the waterfront cabanas, the communal swimming pool and the jetties on the canal which is connected to the open sea.
There is a parking space at the front door. The entire park of 24 villas is fenced and therefore very safe.
Our house is equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay on a tropical island: fully airconditioned, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large veranda. There is also an outdoor shower, where you can freshen up after a day at the beach or rinse off your diving gear.
The house has recently been refreshed and contains everything needed for a wonderful holiday with lots of privacy. Pets are not allowed.

In 1999 we set foot on Bonaire for the first time and got married there. We immediately fell in love with the island and over the years we regularly traveled to our beloved island. When we saw this house for sale in 2022, we couldn't resist the temptation. Wonderfully situated in a tropical garden, a few steps away from a beautiful lagoon with jetties.
Bordered by a beach with cabanas where you can enjoy your cup of coffee and if you are lucky you will see the turtles swimming and you will be welcomed by the iguanas. A few steps away also from a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds, which is shared with the 23 other houses.

We have been living on the island since July 2024 and we will be happy to welcome you and show you around the villa.

Bonaire is known for its spectacular beaches and stunning marine life. Bonaire has put its name on the map as one of the most sought-after diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing and windsurfing destinations in the world. We are Monique and Régy Verbist-Arends. 62 and 58 years old respectively. Monique loves snorkeling and supping, Régy loves fishing and diving.

We enjoy life on Bonaire to the fullest. We are happy to welcome you in our holiday home and pick you up and bring you to and from the airport if desired. We are always nearby and available in case of emergencies.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price is

inclusive:

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, he will have to pay 50% of the rental price. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rented property, will make, he will still owe the full rental price.

Electricity and water costs will be settled according to use upon departure. We are forced to do this due to the relatively high prices on Bonaire. With moderate use this is not too bad, but if you run the air conditioning 24 hours a day, for example, this increases considerably!
The meters are in front of the house and are recorded before arrival and on departure. Consumption will be settled upon departure, in cash and preferably in dollars.
