Welcome to Kas Luna, a super nice house which I am happy to offer for paid housesitting during the time that I am traveling.
The house with spacious porch (the outdoor living room) is well maintained and has a lovely private swimming pool enclosed by a coral stone wall and a tropical garden! It is wonderful to relax in privacy on the large porch while the Caribbean trade wind provides a pleasant breeze.
The house and porch are nice on the wind and for the divers there is a rinse tank near the road. The neighborhood is quiet, it can only be a bit dusty now and then because of the dirt road. Once a week the pool is cleaned and once a week our super help in the household comes. She cleans the house nicely. You are expected to keep the house a bit tidy.
For sustainability and cost savings, the house is equipped with LED lighting, a solar water heater, a swimming pool pump on solar power and 2 solar panels for day-consumption compensation.
In short, Kas Luna stands for a wonderful tropical holiday. Our last guests now know what "paradise" is, they told us after a long stay.
