A sunny, detached holiday bungalow in a traditional and colorful architectural style; We would like to welcome you to Kas Pegapega (House 'Gekkootje') at Makambapleintje number 7A (Also known as Bungalow Park Bonaire Exclusive.) Located just a 5-minute stroll from the boulevard of Kralendicjk, with well-known restaurants such as It Rains Fishes, La Guernica and Karel's Bar. So you don't have to return by car in the evening! The bungalow has two bedrooms with fans and air conditioning. Moreover, the bungalow is located on the outside and on the windy side of the park, so there is a nice breeze in the bedrooms and the house and it is also possible to sleep without air conditioning. The beds can be split in both bedrooms. The living room has a 'fan'.
The house has a spacious covered terrace with various garden furniture and BBQ, and a cozy living room with open kitchen and a screen door to the outside. The kitchen has all amenities including a large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and is complete with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is cable TV (with the Dutch-language channels BVN and NPO 1,2 and 3) and free WiFi. A safe has been installed in both bedrooms. On request we can provide a cot and/or high chair. Bath towels and tea towels are provided, and the beds have linen in nice hotel quality. The final cleaning includes the one-time washing of bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.
The bungalow is ideal for divers. You can drive into the gate by car and come right to the door to load all the diving gear.
Number 7A is the only four-person bungalow for rent at this park with two bathrooms instead of one. This provides extra space and privacy during your stay.
The park has a beautiful new private swimming pool, which is approximately 40 meters from this bungalow. Due to its location almost in the corner of the park and its own garden, this bungalow offers a lot of privacy, without being overlooked by neighbors across the street. You can completely relax while sitting on the 'porch'.
You will be picked up free of charge from the airport by our always smiling Bonairean manager Hosé. Would you like to provide your flight number and arrival time?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AGREE
Our general terms and conditions apply to the rental and rental of this bungalow.
By paying the first payment installment you agree to these conditions. Please note our cancellation conditions and, if you wish, take out cancellation insurance.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. When booking via Micazu, you submit a booking request to us, which we must first approve. The booking is only final after approval and receipt of the deposit. The full booking amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 60 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount is due immediately.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel more than 60 days before the planned arrival day, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 60 days before the planned arrival day, if you don't show up or if you leave earlier, there is no right to a refund. We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
EXTENSION
Extension is possible provided we have room, for the normal rate.
LESSOR'S LIABILITY
We are not liable for damage or personal injury, or for accidents that occur in the bungalow, on our own grounds or in the park. We would like to point out that there is no lifeguard at the park swimming pool and that you are responsible for supervising people who cannot swim.
HOUSE RULES
Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace, but not inside.
Diving weights and diving tanks may not be stored on the terrace or indoors, due to the risk of damage to the tiled floor.
The kitchen must be left tidy and reasonably clean.
If something breaks or no longer works, would you please report this so that we can put it right again for our next guests? We will not hold you liable for minor damage such as broken glass or a coffee maker that no longer works.
DAMAGE BY TENANT
If damage occurs accidentally, you must report it to us. This damage is often covered by your own liability insurance. This way we don't have to pay for the costs.
We can hold you liable in the event of damage to the bungalow or inventory, on the grounds or in the park.
