TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To ensure your holiday starts and ends well, we can help with the transfer from Flamingo Airport to Villa Caribbean Dream.

The use of electricity, gas and water is included in the price, with normal consumption. We are also happy to help you arrange other matters for the holiday, such as renting a car or scooter, taking diving lessons, etc., etc. For all possible options, see our "travel & accommodation form", which we will email you after booking.

The three bedrooms have air conditioning. Do not forget to close the shutters in the bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms when using the air conditioning and do not forget to turn it off when you are not using it, otherwise energy consumption can increase considerably. And we will deduct excessive energy use from the deposit. Tip: When there is sufficient wind, sleeping with open shutters without air conditioning is best and with slightly less wind, only using the ceiling fan is often sufficient!

The rental prices do not include:

Service costs contribution: € 169.00
(this includes management, initial & final cleaning, laundry, etc.)
Deposit: €275.00

Any additional costs resulting from above-average consumption of electricity, gas and/or water during the stay, or damage to the accommodation caused by you (or under your responsibility), will be charged afterwards.

During check-in and check-out, the start and end positions of electricity and water will be recorded by our manager. A table showing the maximum included consumption can be found in the Villa's guestbook and the meters are freely accessible, so you never have to face unpleasant surprises. (ask about it during the
check-in!)

Any additional costs will be deducted from the deposit, provided that the amount of the additional costs does not exceed the deposit. Any remaining amount to be paid after settlement with the deposit must then be paid as soon as possible, but no later than within the payment term stated on the relevant invoice.

If there are no additional costs, or if they are less than the deposit, the (remaining) deposit will be refunded no later than eight days after departure.

Check-In is from 3:00 PM and Check-Out time is at 12:00 PM. If you do not fly until the day of departure, you can, if possible, use the accommodation until a maximum of 8:00 PM for a fee of half a day's rental.

If you arrive earlier, we will discuss whether the accommodation can be available earlier.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS:

After booking you will receive an invoice with the total amount. To guarantee the reservation, we receive 20% of this total amount, no later than one week after the reservation.

We will receive the remaining 80% of the total amount no later than eight weeks before the planned arrival date. If this payment is not received by us by this date, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the 20% deposit will not be refunded.

The consequences of any cancellation of the reservation:

If we receive the cancellation in writing (by letter / e-mail) no later than four weeks after the booking, we will refund 100% of the (down) payment we have received.

If we receive the cancellation in writing (by letter / e-mail) between four weeks after the booking and no later than eight weeks before the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the (down) payment we have received.

If we receive the cancellation later than the stated eight weeks before the arrival date, no refund will be made.

Although this has never happened, there may be circumstances that require us to cancel the booking.
In the event of such a cancellation, we will of course immediately refund any payments already made.
We cannot be held liable for any other (financial) damage as a result of such a cancellation.

Unforeseen circumstances may mean that a planned holiday cannot go ahead.

We therefore always recommend taking out travel/cancellation insurance!
