On the 7th floor on the Zeedijk in Zeebrugge-bad is the spacious 2 bedroom penthouse (250m2), ideal for enjoying your holiday in all weather conditions. The terrace at the front (60m2) over the entire width of the building offers you a phenomenal view of the wide beach to Blankenberge, the harbor wall, the shipping traffic.

You have complete privacy here. Even in bad weather you can enjoy the sea, just from your comfortable chair in the large living room (70m2) while looking out through 13 meter windows that give access to the terrace on the sea side. Digital TV with music system Bose is available and of course WIFI. The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, kombi oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and expressomachine, kettle....

There are 2 bedrooms with large windows that give access to the south-facing terrace (40m2) with a view of the Flemish polders and the towers of Bruges. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, 1 with shower, sink and bidet. The other has a bath and a washbasin. There are 2 separate toilets.

There is carpet throughout the apartment. There are 2 folding bicycles available in the storage room. Possibility to rent a garage box in the building. Possibility to rent sheets and towels. The beach, the sea and the promenade are at your feet.

The station is a 5-minute walk away, at the end of the dike. The tram stop (De Panne - Knokke) is also a 5-minute walk away. Blankenberge, Knokke and medieval Bruges are our neighbours. The golf courses of Damme and Knokke are also easily accessible by car. (20 min)

Hello, we are a retired couple from Bruges who enjoy the sun and sea and want to share this with many. As a housewife, Marleen has always taken care of the education of the children and also of the personal furnishing and decoration of our home. Our large apartment on the Zeedijk in Zeebrugge is also the crowning glory of her work. Jean, the husband, as a wholesaler in paints, floors and wall coverings, has always taken into account the latest trends.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit : € 250 upon booking and will be refunded 14 days after departure if no damage.
Cleaning : € 175 when booking.
Garage box on request : € 10 per night, cash on arrival.
Possibility to rent bed and bath linen: cash on arrival.
Pets not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
