It is a beautiful location for a stay in Knokke! The fact that it is in the middle of the
Located just 300 metres from the beach, Lippenslaan 257 is definitely a plus. The location
on the 4th floor may also be beneficial, as it will probably offer you a nice view
on the Lippenslaan and creates some distance from any street level. The fact that it is
quiet without ambient noise is definitely an advantage, especially since you are still in the
tourist center of Knokke. This allows you to enjoy the many shops and
Nearby dining options, while you can relax in a peaceful setting in the evening.
Numerous events are organized every year in Knokke, Night of the Salt,
exhibitions, Zoute Rally, cartoon festival, international fireworks festival, etc.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG PEOPLE. However, families from 22 years old.
During the holiday periods we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside those periods you can book a midweek (4 nights) or weekend (2 nights) or a whole week.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount they paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Sheets, kitchen and bath towels included. We can provide a toddler at the end of the stay 65€
