Hartedrie

In the area you have of course .... the sea. Hartedrie is located in the 'de Vosseslag' district. Here you have dunes, beach and sea within walking distance.

If you want to stroll on the sea wall, enjoy terraces and shops... then you can go to Ostend, De Haan (center), Wenduine... by car, coastal tram or bicycle...

De Haan is known for its beautiful Belle Époque neighborhoods. But you can also go to one of the sub-municipalities for a heritage walk, an evening or flea market.

There is a good chance that you would also like to rent a go-kart. Did you know that you can even follow a 'butt wagon route'?

If you have brought or rented a bicycle, you can also explore the beautiful polders along the junction routes. The polder villages of Klemskerke and Vlissegem are gems if you like peace and nature.
