The cottage has been completely adapted to the current living comfort, while retaining the Ardennes character. In the south-facing garden is the wood-fired hot tub, a table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, one sofa and a parasol. You enter the large kitchen with wood stove that is fully equipped. You can sit comfortably at the dining table, while great meals are prepared in the kitchen. You walk through to the cozy living room, also with wood stove, television and two chesterfield sofas. Adjacent is a small bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds. On the first floor is a large landing with swing and play box for the little ones. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. The double infrared sauna is also located on this floor. In the stable you will find the wood for the stoves. In short, everything for a wonderful stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Stay
WEEKEND: from Friday afternoon (4 pm) to Monday morning (10 am)
MIDWEEK: from Monday afternoon (4 pm) to Friday morning (10 am)
WEEK: from Friday afternoon (4 pm) to Friday morning (10 am)

The above rental prices do not include costs: cleaning, energy & wood

Additional costs:
  • Mandatory cleaning fee: €70
  • Consumption (water/energy/wood) according to consumption
Deposit: €250 (refunded within 14 days after departure at the latest)

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
