This new luxury villa is located in the woods of Soy. Close to Hotton and Ny Castle. In the heart of the Ardennes with many activities and trips in the immediate vicinity. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. A total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also an indoor garage.
Jacuzzi, sauna, trampoline and table football are available. The garden of no less than 3500 m2 is completely fenced. The backyard is against the forest. From Oct-Apr. the winter rate applies to energy (€40/day).
For you as a tenant we attach great importance to treating the villa with respect and it is only intended for tourist purposes. That is why we do not rent out the villa to so-called risk groups (such as party and drinking groups) . The house is not suitable for this and action will be taken in the event of nuisance. Book elsewhere and go partying is a better option.

Since 2003 we (Ted and Elmar van Deijck) have been active in renting out villas in the Belgian Ardennes. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Energy costs
 The energy costs are a fixed price per day and are €25/day from May-September and €40/day from October-April.

Cancellations
 The tenant has the right to cancel the booking. This must be done in writing. The following amounts are due for this:
  1. a) in case of cancellation up to 56 days before the start of the rental period, the down payment, plus the reservation costs;
  2. b) in case of cancellation from 56 to 28 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount, plus the reservation costs;
  3. c) in case of cancellation from 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount, plus the reservation costs.
In case of cancellation, a paid deposit will always be fully refunded. The tenant must take care of a cancellation insurance.
