Superb child-friendly villa, near La Roche. Beautiful view, directly on the forest, outdoor, atb routes. With Jacuzzi, sauna, fireplace, BBQ, LCD, DVD, satellite, washing machine. Large enclosed garden with terrace, jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace. All seasons. From Oct-Apr. energy is subject to the winter rate (€40/day).
For you as a tenant we attach great importance to treating the villa with respect and it is only intended for tourist purposes. That is why we do not rent out the villa to so-called risk groups (such as party and drinking groups) . The house is not suitable for this and action will be taken in the event of nuisance. Book elsewhere and go partying is a better option.

Since 2003 we (Ted and Elmar van Deijck) have been active in renting out villas in the Belgian Ardennes. As soon as you drive into the Ardennes after Liège, you are immediately in a completely different environment: forests, nature, freedom, nice villages, many activities, beautiful views and a holiday feeling. It is our policy to let you enjoy this to the fullest in a spacious detached villa with lots of luxury and comfort: sauna, jacuzzi, trampoline and internet. Ideal for families!

Explanation of prices

Energy costs
 The energy costs are a fixed price per day and are €25/day from May-September and €40/day from October-April.

Cancellations
 The tenant has the right to cancel the booking. This must be done in writing. The following amounts are due for this:
  1. a) in case of cancellation up to 56 days before the start of the rental period, the down payment, plus the reservation costs;
  2. b) in case of cancellation from 56 to 28 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount, plus the reservation costs;
  3. c) in case of cancellation from 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount, plus the reservation costs.
In case of cancellation, a paid deposit will always be fully refunded. The tenant must take care of a cancellation insurance.

At the village Dochamps This luxury villa is at the top of a hill (550m) with front and rear a wide view over the valley and the surrounding forests. The villa can accommodate up to 11 people.
Villa Bonvie
The villa has a large enclosed garden. From the outdoor Jacuzzi (in summer and winter use), you can enjoy the beautiful view .. The villa is very child friendly.

The modern fully equipped kitchen includes, fridge, 4 burner stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.

In the rear part of the spacious living room (50 sqm) is the lounge with fireplace. Television (with satellite), stereo and DVD are available.

From the living room through sliding patio doors directly onto the enclosed garden with play equipment and vista from a terrace. There is also a large barbecue.
