As the new owner, on my first visit, I immediately fell in love with the appearance of the house and the garden. Enjoy the sun on the renovated terrace or in the lovely sunny garden! Take a break in nature and yet close to the lively center of Durbuy. The cozy city center can be reached via a very nice walking path.
The A-frame cottage is very bright & recently very nicely renovated and is wonderfully located in the forest park with lots of privacy and comfort in the Belgian Ardennes. The house is located in one of the most beautiful sunny spots in a super cozy small-scale forest park. The A-frame cottage has a brand new balcony terrace and a unique view of the valley.
Sun and shade, both on the terrace and in the beautiful green private garden.
You can walk along the Ourthe to Durbuy. The house is one of the few in the forest park that has a large balcony terrace and a beautiful sunny green garden, completely surrounded by greenery without insight.
At the back and on the right side of the house there are no neighbors, which entails a wonderful feeling of privacy. The garden is also surrounded all around with shrubs and trees. You can enjoy many activities in the park: swimming, volleyball, tennis, football, bbq field, playground and an attractive restaurant with a lovely terrace.
