Our house in Eifel architectural style dates back to 1840 and was converted into a cozy holiday home. You will stay in the very spacious upstairs living area of the farmhouse that is equipped with all modern comforts. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room (family room). There are 2 showers and 2 toilets. Behind our house is a large fenced garden with playground equipment and large trampoline. From the house and the two terraces you have an unobstructed view of the meadows where deer regularly graze. There is always only one group staying in the house, so your privacy is guaranteed (only rental). Far away from mass tourism but with various walking, cycling and mountain biking routes directly at home. Ideal for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature. Please note: Due to the historic character of the house, there are steps and stairs to take into account. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. With 4p? See our house code 28807. Near the border triangle Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel/Ardennes, on the Ourtal route and on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe (Vennbahn route), lies our lovely house. The quiet and beautiful location on the outskirts of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills without being isolated. This southern part of the High Fens Nature Park, in German-speaking East Belgium, is known for its many war museums (Battle of the Bulge). It is an ideal starting point for all conceivable outdoor activities. Neighbours Luxembourg and Germany are less than a 10-minute drive away. In the other direction, a number of other gems of the Ardennes are within easy reach, all accessible in less than 30 minutes! In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential. Hello! We are Mart and Kitty and are the proud owners of this beautiful holiday home in beautiful surroundings. The parents bought it in 1983 in a dilapidated condition and over the years it was partly rebuilt. In 2011 we took over the house from them and completely renovated it over 8 years into a cozy and comfortable house that is equipped with all modern comforts. Our paradise where families and groups of friends who appreciate peace, space and nature are very welcome.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Energy costs (normal consumption) and cleaning costs are included in the rental price. You will receive a payment invitation for the deposit 2 weeks before the rental commences. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant's bank account within a maximum of 14 days after the final inspection has been approved.
You will receive our house rules with your booking confirmation. By paying you agree to this.
Arrival: Friday 3:00 PM, Monday 4:00 PM.
Departure: Friday 11am.

Action & Fun Center in Grüfflingen (4 km)

The castle ruins of Burg-Reuland are always worth a visit. It is one of the most beautiful and largest castles in the Ardennes. Visiting is free. Refreshments are offered in the summer months and there are numerous activities. www.eastbelgium.be

In 2016 voted the most beautiful cycle route in Europe. The 125 km long cycle route leads from Aachen (D) to Troisvierges (L) over the former coke steam train line with max. Increases and decreases of 4%. Ideal for the recreation cyclist! The cycle route has been fully paved since 2019. Our house is located 1 km from this cycle route on the last stretch.

Nice recreation park with swimming lake, just over the Luxembourg border

Large indoor shopping mall just over the Luxembourg border. Clients come to this mall from far and wide. The range is large, but especially beautiful.

This beautifully restored castle is certainly worth a visit and, in addition to Luxembourg's heritage, also houses the Dutch. It is located in the idyllic village of Vianden. You can walk there through the village, but it is quite a steep climb. It is advisable to take the cable car that goes to the top and then walk down the stretch through the forest to the castle. The ride on the Our cable car is also very nice.
