In our original farmhouse in Eifeler architectural style, dating from 1840, this upper residential part is rented as a holiday home. There are three double rooms, one of which (two respectively) is a family room. There are two bathrooms. Behind the house is a large enclosed garden of 700 m2 with playground equipment. This is completely closed by two gates. At the end there is a sun terrace with patio fireplace. From the house and terraces you have a view over meadows where deer regularly graze. There is also a covered terrace with barbecue. Since there is always only one group staying in the house, you do not have to share the garden and your privacy is guaranteed (sole occupancy, the lower part of the farm is not rented out). Various hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails pass our house. Our house is ideal for those who appreciate space, peace and nature.
Note : due to the original character, the house is not suitable for wheelchairs and walkers. One dog is allowed for FREE, but on conditions.

Our delightful house is located near the three-country point Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel / Ardennes, on the Ourtal Route and on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe (Vennbahnroute). The quiet and beautiful location on the edge of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills without being secluded. This southern part of the High Fens nature park, in the German-speaking Eastern Belgium, is known for the many war museums (Battle of the Bulge / Battle of the Bulge). It is an ideal starting point for all imaginable outdoor activities. The neighbors Luxembourg and Germany are less than 10 minutes away by car. In the other direction, a number of other gems of the Ardennes are within easy reach, all accessible in less than 30 minutes! In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential. Hey! We are Mart and Kitty and we are the proud owners of this beautiful holiday home in a beautiful, natural environment. The parents bought it in dilapidated state in 1983 and with the years it was partially rebuilt. We took over our holiday home in 2011 and have almost completely renovated it in the past 8 years. The result: a cozy and cozy house where families and groups of friends who appreciate peace, space and nature are most welcome.

The price does not include the additional costs such as the fixed amount for energy (etc.), tourist tax and the final cleaning. These are listed separately. The deposit must be transferred 2 weeks before the start of the rental and is returned to the tenant's bank account within 14 days after the final inspection has been approved.
You will receive our house rules at the booking confirmation. You agree with this by paying.

The castle ruins of Burg-Reuland are always worth a visit. It is one of the most beautiful and largest castles in the Ardennes. Visiting is free. Refreshments are offered in the summer months and there are numerous activities. www.eastbelgium.be
In 2016 voted the most beautiful cycle route in Europe. The 125 km long cycle route leads from Aachen (D) to Troisvierges (L) over the former coke steam train line with max. Increases and decreases of 4%. Ideal for the recreation cyclist! The cycle route has been fully paved since 2019. Our house is located 1 km from this cycle route on the last stretch.

Large indoor shopping mall just over the Luxembourg border. Clients come to this mall from far and wide. The range is large, but especially beautiful.
This beautifully restored castle is certainly worth a visit and, in addition to Luxembourg's heritage, also houses the Dutch. It is located in the idyllic village of Vianden. You can walk there through the village, but it is quite a steep climb. It is advisable to take the cable car that goes to the top and then walk down the stretch through the forest to the castle. The ride on the Our cable car is also very nice.
