Our house in Eifel style dates back to 1840 and was converted into a cozy holiday home. You will stay in the very spacious upper living area of the farmhouse, which is equipped with all modern comforts. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room (family room). There are 2 bathrooms. Behind our house is a large fenced garden with play equipment and play bush. From the house and the two terraces you have an unobstructed view of the meadows where deer regularly come to graze. There is always only one party in the house, so your privacy is guaranteed (single rental). Various walking and cycling routes pass our house. Ideal for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature. Note: Due to the historic character of the house, there are steps and steps to take into account. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers, among other things. With 4p? See our house code 28807. We like to keep our house allergy-free, which is why dogs are not allowed with us.

Our lovely house is located near the border triangle of Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel/Ardennes, on the Ourtal route and on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe (Vennbahn route). The quiet and beautiful location on the edge of the village of Oudler, in the municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view of the fields and hills without being isolated. This southern part of the Hoge Venen nature park, in German-speaking East Belgium, is known for its many war museums (Ardennes Offensive/Battle of the Bulge). It is an ideal starting point for all conceivable outdoor activities. Neighbors Luxembourg and Germany are less than a 10-minute drive away. In the other direction are a number of other gems of the Ardennes within easy reach, all reachable in less than 30 minutes! In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential. Hello! We are Mart and Kitty and we are the proud owners of this beautiful holiday home in a beautiful area. The parents bought it in 1983 in a dilapidated condition and over the years it was partly rebuilt. We took over the house from them in 2011 and have completely renovated it during 8 years into a cozy and comfortable house that is equipped with all modern comforts. Our little paradise where families and groups of friends who appreciate peace, space and nature are most welcome.

Explanation of prices

Energy costs (normal consumption) and cleaning costs are included in the rental price. You will receive a payment invitation for the deposit 2 weeks before the rental commences. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant's bank account within a maximum of 14 days after the final inspection has been approved.
You will receive our house rules with your booking confirmation. By paying you agree to this.

The castle ruins of Burg-Reuland are always worth a visit. It is one of the most beautiful and largest castles in the Ardennes. Visiting is free. Refreshments are offered in the summer months and there are numerous activities. www.eastbelgium.be
In 2016 voted the most beautiful cycle route in Europe. The 125 km long cycle route leads from Aachen (D) to Troisvierges (L) over the former coke steam train line with max. Increases and decreases of 4%. Ideal for the recreation cyclist! The cycle route has been fully paved since 2019. Our house is located 1 km from this cycle route on the last stretch.

Large indoor shopping mall just over the Luxembourg border. Clients come to this mall from far and wide. The range is large, but especially beautiful.
This beautifully restored castle is certainly worth a visit and, in addition to Luxembourg's heritage, also houses the Dutch. It is located in the idyllic village of Vianden. You can walk there through the village, but it is quite a steep climb. It is advisable to take the cable car that goes to the top and then walk down the stretch through the forest to the castle. The ride on the Our cable car is also very nice.
