Our house in Eifeler architectural style dates from 1840 and was converted into a cozy holiday home. You will stay in the very spacious upstairs living part of the farmhouse, which is equipped with all modern comfort. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room (family room). There are 2 showers and 2 toilets. Behind our house there is a large enclosed garden with play equipment and a play forest. From the house and the two terraces you have an unobstructed view of the meadows where deer regularly graze. There is always only one group staying in the house, so your privacy is guaranteed (rental only). Various walking and cycling routes pass our house. Ideal for families or friends who appreciate space, peace and nature. Please note: Due to the historic character of the house, steps and steps must be taken into account. Our lovely house is located near the three-country point Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel/Ardennes, on the Ourtal route and on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe (Vennbahn route). The quiet and beautiful location on the edge of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills without being remote. This southern part of the High Fens nature park, in German-speaking Eastern Belgium, is known for its many war museums (Ardennes Offensive/Battle of the Bulge). It is an ideal starting point for all conceivable outdoor activities. It is less than a 10-minute drive to our neighbors Luxembourg and Germany. In the other direction, a number of other gems of the Ardennes are within easy reach, all reachable in less than 30 minutes! In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential.
