You will stay in the Upper Apartment of our authentic farmhouse from 1840 that was converted into a spacious, child-friendly and comfortable holiday home. Because the house is located on a slope, the 1st floor feels like the ground floor. All rooms are therefore on the ground floor with the exception of the attic.
There are three double bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room (family room) and two bathrooms. There is possibility to expand with an extra room: the attic (extra bedroom and/or playroom). Ideal for two families with children (max. 8p.) or six adults (for more privacy). The attic room is not included in the basic price. If interested, please send a message.

The spacious living room has a smart TV and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove, 2 refrigerators with freezer, coffee makers, kettle and a combination microwave / oven). Behind the house is a large fenced garden with 2 terraces, playground equipment and trampoline. From the house you have an unobstructed view of the lovely garden, forests and meadows. Very quiet location. Various walking and cycling routes directly at home. Ideal for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature. Please note: Due to the historic character, there are steps and steps to take into account and an outside staircase. Not suitable for wheelchairs and walkers.

Our characteristic holiday home is located near the border triangle Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel / Ardennes. The quiet and beautiful location on the outskirts of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills. This southern part of the High Fens Nature Park in German-speaking East Belgium is still free of mass tourism. It is an ideal starting point for all conceivable outdoor activities and with the award-winning Vennbahn cycle route right behind it, a fantastic location. In less than 10 min. Are you in Germany or Luxembourg? At the house it is possible to charge your electric bicycle. Electric cars can be (fast) charged in the area, such as at Massen Shopping Center (at 7 km, 52 charging stations/22 Kwh or Esso Huldang 100/300 Kwh).
