Holiday home Ardennes for 14 persons.
Our farmhouse dates from 1840 and was converted into a spacious and cozy holiday home. The house consists of two floors that are connected by a staircase indoors. In addition to authentic elements, the house is equipped with all modern comforts, such as a smart TV. There are a total of five double bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. Together with the double bedroom behind them, they can form a family room. The sixth bedroom is located in the attic and has three single 1p. beds and a trundle bed. Due to its size, the trundle bed is intended for a child. There is also a game/movie corner in the attic. There are also three bathrooms, three toilets, two kitchens and two living rooms. In the upstairs living area is the communal living room with a large robust dining table that can accommodate max. 14p. The air hockey table is located in the entrance in the downstairs living area. Behind our child-friendly house is a large fenced garden with playground equipment and trampoline. From the house and the various terraces, one of which is covered, you have an unobstructed view of the meadows where deer regularly come to graze. Far away from mass tourism but with various walking, cycling and mountain biking routes directly at home. An ideal location for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature. Please note: Because of the historic character, there are steps to be taken into account, doors, stairs and sometimes low and narrow passages. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. With this rental option, only (long) weekend rental is possible (2 or 3 nights). Dogs are not allowed with us.
