Our farmhouse dates from 1840 and was converted into a spacious and cozy holiday home. The house consists of two floors that are connected by a staircase indoors. In addition to authentic elements, the house is equipped with all modern comforts, such as a smart TV. There are a total of seven double bedrooms, one of which can be used as a family room. The sleeping loft also has a game and sitting area. There are three bathrooms, 3 toilets, two kitchens and two living rooms. In the upstairs living area is the communal living room with large dining table with space for max. 14p. In the entrance downstairs there is an air hockey table. Behind our child-friendly house is a large fenced garden with playground equipment and large trampoline. From the house and the various terraces, one of which is covered, you have an unobstructed view of the meadows where deer regularly come to graze. Far away from mass tourism but with various walking, cycling and mountain biking routes directly at home. An ideal location for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature. Please note: Because of the historic character, there are steps to be taken into account, doors, stairs and sometimes low and narrow passages. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. With this rental option, only (long) weekend rental is possible (3 nights). Dogs are not allowed with us.

Hello! We are Mart and Kitty and we are the proud owners of this beautiful holiday home in a beautiful area. The parents bought it in 1983 in a dilapidated condition and over the years it was partly rebuilt. We took over the house from them in 2011 and have completely renovated it during 8 years into a cozy and comfortable house that is equipped with all modern comforts. Our little paradise where families and groups of friends who appreciate peace, space and nature are most welcome.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

(Mid) week rental is not possible for this rental option. Maximum stay is 3 days (Fri-Mon).

Energy costs (normal consumption) and cleaning costs are included in the rental price. For the deposit you will receive a payment invitation 2 weeks before the start of the rental. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant's bank account within 14 days after the final inspection has been approved.

You will receive our house rules with the booking confirmation. By paying in advance you agree to this.

Arrival: Friday 15.00 h, 

Departure: Sunday 15.00 h, Monday 15.00 h. if following midweek rental departure time 11.00 a.m.

Swimming lake in Weiswampach (10 km)
In 2016 voted the most beautiful cycle route in Europe. Starts in Aachen (D) and ends in Troisvierges (L). The route is a total of 125 km long and was laid over the former coke steam train line, which means that there are only max. 4% increases and decreases. Ideal for the recreational cyclist. Our house is located 1 km from the route on the last stretch.
Vennbahnroute Ravel cycle route
Large indoor shopping mall just over the Luxembourg border. Clients come to this mall from far and wide. The range is large, but especially beautiful.
Massen Shopping Center (7 km)
De burchtruïne van Burg-Reuland is altijd een bezoek waard. Het is een van de mooiste en grootste kastelen van de Ardennen. Bezoek is gratis. In de zomer maanden worden er versnaperingen aangeboden en zijn er tal van activiteiten.

This beautifully restored castle is certainly worth a visit and, in addition to Luxembourg's heritage, also houses the Dutch. It is located in the idyllic village of Vianden. You can walk there through the village, but it is quite a steep climb. It is advisable to take the cable car that goes to the top and then walk down the stretch through the forest to the castle. The ride on the Our cable car is also very nice.
