Is a farmhouse, completely renovated.
In the fully screened garden you can have a barbecue, play a game of petanque or enjoy the peace and quiet. The children can have fun in the playground or the jacuzzi.
After a beautiful walk you can relax in the infrared sauna and hammam.
In the garden we have a yakuzi, which can only be used when it is not freezing, as well as a ping-pong table and petanque field.
L'Hacienda is located in Büllingen, the heart of the Eifel-Ardennes. This is the highest and snowiest municipality in Belgium, between the valleys of the Warche and the Our. Here you are invited to enjoy a rejuvenating holiday at any time of the year. The diversity of the landscapes is one of Büllingen's assets for holidaymakers looking for peace and relaxation!
Near the reservoirs of Bütgenbach, Hellental and Kronenburg you can sail, windsurf, swim, kayak, play tennis and even rock climb!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Deposit of € 500 must be paid to the owner at least 1 week before departure.
Extra to pay is the energy cost, which is according to the meters and daily price and will be settled with the deposit later.
It is also always € 160 for the cleaning.

Additional information

In summer you can do water sports or swim in lake Bütgenbach or Kronenburg. In winter the most certainty of snow with nice ski, cross-country skiing and sledding slopes. You should definitely try the game season here, such as in the Eifelerhof in Manderfeld.
