Throughout the year, there is everything in the Kleinwalsertal:
In the winter a beautiful hiking, skiing and cross-country ski area with about 125 km. To ski slopes and 40 km. Trails. Winter walks start at the complex and the cross-country ski run is also located directly on the building. The nearest piste is 150 m. And the bus stop at 50 m.
In spring, summer and autumn, the Kleinwalsertal is a beautiful area for enjoying nature with hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding, tobogganing and golf. The free buses and lifts bring you to beautiful places in the area, where many mountain huts are also opened with a lot of authentic atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool in Riezlern and the tropical swimming paradise at Sonthoven are also worth a visit. And of course, not to mention the Breitachklamm.
Our luxury and tastefully furnished apartment is fully equipped, including free Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs with Dutch TV channels , spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker and senso machine.
The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people; In a separate bedroom there is a double bed, there are ample storage space and even a TV is not available in this sleeping area.
The 3rd and 4th sleepers can easily be created on the corner sofa in the living room.
In the spacious bathroom is a washbasin with double sink and drawers. A hairdryer is also provided.
The apartment (in the snow-proof Kleinwalsertal at 1200 m. Height) is located in a fairly large complex, without being massive and located directly at the bus stop (50 m.) (No car required during stay)
The complex has the following facilities, which you can use for free :
- Covered swimming pool with sun terrace
-Indoor playroom with table tennis and badminton
-Apres ski bar with live music (in winter)
For a fee, you can use:
-Ski-school and ski and snowboard rental
-Restaurant / takeaway buffet for meals and bread service

-Wellness complex and fitness room on the 6th floor.

We have bought this beautiful apartment in 2018. We have been in the beautiful Kleinwalsertal for many years and with this purchase a big wish was fulfilled. The apartment has undergone a true metamorphosis: everything was first demolished and then completely rebuilt. Wat een prachtig appartement!! Echt van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben weer heerlijk genoten in het Kleinwalsertal. We komen zeker terug!
Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Appartement mit toller Ausstattung und super Lage. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Auch das Hotel bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht.
