The apartment is located in an apartment building, centrally located in the village of Mellau. Mellau is located in the beautiful Bregenz Forest (Vorarlberg). The Bregenzerach, which flows into the Bodensee, runs past the house. Our apartment (nr 322) is located on the 3rd floor (top floor, there is no elevator). It is a light and spacious (80 m2) apartment, suitable for up to 5 people, with a warm, modern and cozy atmosphere. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the striking mountain "Kanisfluh".

The apartment consists of:

* living room with a 2- and 3-seater leather sofa with coffee table
* dining area
* new kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, combi-microwave
* sense and filter coffee machine, kettle
* 2 bedrooms each with a 2 and 1 bed. Through both
bedrooms access to the balcony
* bathroom with shower, separate toilet
* TV, radio and free Wifi
* there is a heated ski cellar and a table tennis table at the bottom of the building.

We, Lois & Dirk Witjes have 3 daughters. After a long search, in 2011 we were able to buy an apartment in Mellau. We still enjoy all the beauty that the Bregenzerwald has to offer and we discover something new every time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

During the winter season 2025-2026, the apartment costs 260 euros per night. The rest of the year 150 euros per night. The cleaning costs are 100 euros per stay. The beds are made and there is 1 large and 1 small towel per person. The tourist tax is 2.60 euros per person per night (from 14 years old). The deposit is 100 euros. This will be refunded after your stay.
