This attractive and modern apartment 'ALPartement Seefeld' is located within walking distance of the cozy center of Seefeld, the ski slopes and the golf course. The apartment is located in a quiet street in a former hotel. The balcony is south facing and offers a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains. Both in summer and winter it is wonderful to stay in ALPartement Seefeld!

The apartment has a living room with bed/sofa, a dining area, a bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You can use a women's and men's bicycle for free and a sled in winter.

During a long search for a holiday apartment in Austria in different regions and places, we went to Seefeld at the last minute. We fell in love with the place instantly! Seefeld offers everything, beautiful nature, a wonderful car-free center with beautiful shops and cozy restaurants, a great swimming pool with wellness, good ski slopes etc.
We would like to share our apartment with guests and hope they enjoy it as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent
