You occupy this house alone. Wonderful environment; pure nature. Garden with lots of grass and several spacious terraces. Wonderful view of the beautiful Oetztal Mountains.
Plenty of hiking opportunities, also directly from home. Flat / sloping to steeply climbing to about 3,000 m altitude.

- Dining area for 6 people.
- 3X Bedroom, EACH for 2 persons.
- INCLUDING bedding. The beds are made for you on arrival
- Provide your own hand, bath and kitchen towels !!
- 2X Bathroom (= each with DU and sink)
- 2X Toilet (1X = separate ; 1X = in the bathroom).
- Own washing machine. Take care of washing powder YOURSELF!!

I lived in Sautens as a child, and was and am regularly to be found there in the winter and summer. It is clear that I am attached to this place in the beautiful Oetztal.
To have my own place here, where I can also let others enjoy, was always my ideal.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The Final Cleaning is included in the rental price.
Pet on request and at an additional cost.

You can cancel free of charge within 14 days of booking.
Something can always happen. That is why we advise you to take out cancellation insurance. If you do not take out cancellation insurance, you accept the cancellation risk, and you accept that in the event of cancellation on your part, we will charge a cancellation fee.

Up to 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation costs are equal to the deposit. After 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the agreed rent.

Cancellation fees will be waived, if you find a replacement tenant for the cancelled rental contract.

In the case of travel restrictions announced by governments (e.g. due to Corona), you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
After six days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the agreed rent.

Cancellation fees are waived if you rebook, accept a voucher, or if you find a replacement tenant for the cancelled rental contract.
