Haus Sonnenalp is located a stone's throw from the ski lift (300 m.) in the middle of the pleasant village of Niederau in Wildschönau.
The house is ideally located on the sunny side and if there is enough snow you can ski back to the front door. Since the ski lift, various restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, you can leave your car behind for the entire holiday! Your holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has 3 balconies on the north, east and south sides so that you can relax in the sun and enjoy the view.
The house is well maintained and cosily furnished. The sunny and snow-sure high valley Wildschönau offers no less than 65 km. of slopes and 24 ski lifts. Here you will find the longest gondola lift in Austria and the longest descent (7 km) of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. All in all, an ideal address for a successful winter sports holiday!
