Our house is located in idyllic Kössen, a community that forms the tourist region of Kaiserwinkl with Walchsee, Schwendt and Rettenschöss. With us, outside the village center, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. Kössen has a lot to offer not only in summer, but also in winter! Near the adventure forest swimming pool (walking distance), the Taubenseehütte and the pilgrimage church Maria Klobenstein (walking distance), nothing stands in the way of a day trip. For example, spend your day on the Unterberghorn, the well-prepared trails or on the snow tubing track. You can also ski in winter on our unterberg.
In the summer you can of course also use the rafting or canjoning possibilities that our village offers
our apartment is on the 1st floor and from the balcony you can see the unterberg well.
