Completely newly furnished apartment with breathtaking mountain views. This beautiful, spacious and attractive apartment is located in a quiet natural environment near Patscherkofel (2248m).
There is a spacious and sunny balcony with beautiful views over the Alps, where you can enjoy a drink.

The apartment has a spacious living/bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and plenty of cupboard space. The spacious living room has a double bed (140cm wide), ample seating and a smart TV. The bright kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen provides access to a spacious and sunny balcony with beautiful views over the Alps where you can enjoy a drink. The bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower and a spacious sink.
You can also use a washing machine in the apartment. A cot and a high chair are also available. There is room in the hall to store your ski boots.

The hamlet of Hennenboden (municipality of Ellbögen) is located just 12 km from Innsbruck at an altitude of almost 1100 m. The apartment is very centrally located just a few minutes by car from the Brenner Autobahn. In 15 minutes by car you are in the heart of Innsbruck and in 45 minutes you can sit with a cappucino on an Italian terrace in South Tyrol. The Patscherkofel ski area is only 4 km away, the ski areas of Fulpmes and Steinach am Brenner are 14 and 16 km respectively.

There is a bus stop in front of the door with bus connections that take you directly to the center of Innsbruck or the Patscherkofel or Steinach am Brenner ski areas. In Innsbruck you can enjoy shopping, visiting museums, walking along the Inn, enjoying culinary delights, etc. For those who really want to go higher, the Stubai Glacier (3210m) is an excellent destination!

The apartment is located on the famous cycle route from Munich to Venice and in close proximity to the Way of St. James - a pilgrimage route; Cyclists and walkers are very welcome! You can safely store your bicycles with us.

In summer and winter, the apartment is a great base for beautiful mountain tours, klettern, via ferrata, mountain bike tours, ski tours, alpine skiing & snowboarding, city trips to Innsbruck, Bolzano, Merano and, for example, the beautiful Brixen in South Tyrol. Water sports enthusiasts can reach the beautiful Achensee within 45 minutes by car.

Even if you don't want to do anything at all but simply want to enjoy peace, mountain air and beautiful views, you have come to the right place!
