Walking, cycling, golfing, swimming, skiing, snowboarding or doing nothing in our luxury chalet with sauna, private garden and unobstructed view! Our chalet is located in the green heart of Austria on the edge of a small holiday park near the village of Stadl a / d Mur. Because the chalet is on the edge of the park, you have unobstructed views of forests and mountains, a private driveway and lots of privacy. The garden of more than 710 m2 is planted with shrubs, plants and flowers. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast on the veranda in the sun and at the end of the day the sun is on the 16m2 balcony on the other side of the house. In the garden you have the sun all day.
The Paal walking route runs alongside the house and you can walk in the woods near the house. At 800 meters from the house there is a small lake where you can swim and the children can play in the playground or in the children's pool. For the children, the VVV has put together a separate program with fun activities.
Golfers can visit the 18-hole Kreischberg golf course.

Welcome to the green heart of Austria! We (Pieter and Paula) used to go to Austria with our parents. Now we are the owners of a chalet and a former farm that we have completely renovated. We are very happy with that. We enjoy the peace, nature, lovely people and delicious food. The ski areas in the area are great and in the summer the hiking boots! Take a taste and enjoy our photos!

We are Peter (40) and Paula (44) and had always been a dream of buying a second home. Rest, nature, fun, skiing and hiking / biking was the condition. Five years ago we built our chalet. By his own desire cozy with everything on there (it's still our 2nd home). Peter was always used in winter to Austria and Paula in the summer. We have chosen this area because it is so wonderfully quiet that Austria earlier. In the winter we enjoy fine on skis, snowboard and cross country skiing. Our nephews love it here. Furthermore, we walk a lot (even in winter) and in autumn we find mushrooms. Since last year we discovered golf. The 18 hole golf course is fantastic! And just like in Holland we cycle a lot (only do you kick a little harder in Austria).

The chalet is situated on the edge of a small, quiet park in the green heart of Austria. The location has a lot of privacy and a beautiful view over the valley and the bossen.Op the park for the guests an indoor swimming pool of 4m x 9m (only open in the summer). The chalet is on 710 m2 land and has a private driveway for the car. On the veranda you have the morning sun on the large balcony (16 m2) you have the afternoon zon.Het chalet has a separate utility room with washing machine and wasdroger.Het use of bed linen, towels, tea towels and bathrobes (for adults) are included in the rent.

The open kitchen has ample storage space and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and bottle warmer. The dining area consists of a typical Austrian bench and 4 chairs and provides this space for 9 people.

There is a separate TV area with satellite TV, DVD and radio / CD player. The TV receives all Dutch zenders.Er his books, magazines, games and DVDs. The 3-seater sofa can be used as a sofa bed for 2 persons and has a dimension of 160 x 200 cm.

The conservatory offers a wonderful view over the mountains and forests. The porch is through the conservatory and living room. In the conservatory alone a 7-seater couch and 2 armchairs. The sofa can double as a 1-bed used.

The chalet has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with double bed and 1-or 2-bed can be converted. From this bedroom you have access to the large balcony (16 m2). Here you can find in one of the 8 loungers to enjoy the afternoon sun.

The chalet has 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On 1st floor is a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

The chalet has a private sauna. For adults there are bathrobes.

The garden is 710 m2. The location of the chalet on the edge of the park, has a lot privacy.Het house lies between the 2 groups of trees. It is the first house seen from here.

Wave
Near the chalet is an 18 hole golf course. Many winter sports, cycling, walking, etc.

Sights
There are a variety of wood museums. In the summer there is a steam train. Enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings!

The chalet is located near several ski areas. We go mostly to himself Kreischberg (10 minutes) and Turracher Hohe (15 minutes). The ski resorts have each 40 km of slopes. At 40 minutes drive away Obertauern with over 150 km of ski pistes.Het Turracher Hohe, surrounding a lake, where you can cross country skiing. The ski has a very special form here!

The ski area has 40 km of pistes Kreischberg. There is just a new 6-seater chairlift built. On top of the mountain is a panoramic restaurant built with a fantastic view over all the mountains in the area. In the area are several nice restaurants where you (quite affordable) dining. Most slopes are wide so even beginners can manage well. For the (far) advanced, besides the broad slopes of black slopes constructed. The ski area is pleasant and clear, so you can easily agree with the whole family or friends somewhere for lunch.

The ski resort of Turracher Hohe has 40 km of slopes and start at almost 1800 meters. Last year was the ski area opened in late October to early May. Even skiers and hikers can enjoy. There is 20 km of cross country trails and 20 km of hiking trails uitgezet.Er are more red and black pistes than in Kreischberg. But for beginners, it is here to do good.

There are several ski areas nearby. On 10 minutes away is the ski Kreischberg. The area is calm, clear and ideal for children. At the mountain station of the lift is a trampoline and a job where your tubing with a big band on a trail off the mountain you glide.

You can in this part of Austria still good food for not too much money. Main meals cost approximately between 7 and 12 euros and a 3-course meal costs about 13 euros. Children's meals are about 6 euros. The drinks are good to pay. The prices in the area are almost identical to the prices in the restaurants dorp.Veel use products from nearby farms or slaughter itself. and that you can still taste it!

Our house is "child friendly" style. There is a cot, highchair, stair gate, bottle warmer, baby crockery and cutlery, toys, books and DVDs. You can also use our sled and a small slide, sandbox and schommel.Ook your pets are welcome!

In summer, the tourist office organizes a program for children. They can visit a beekeeper, fishing, archery, to the fire, a treasure hunt and do crafts in wood museum (nice in bad weather). Also feeding deer or a visit to the farm is possible.
