The Edelweiss apartment Top1 is beautifully located high in Königsleiten, about 50 meters from the Dorfbahn. The luxurious apartment, on the ground floor, is very attractively furnished, with natural materials and finished with a lot of wood.
You enter the house through the spacious hall, with plenty of storage space and a safe. On either side of the hall are two luxurious bedrooms, each with a 2-person box-spring bed (180x200), one of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed (90x200). The other bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower with double sink. The apartment also has a separate toilet.
The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave, four burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster and kettle. The living room has a typical Austrian dining area and comfortable sitting area. Both the living room and both bedrooms have a Smart TV, with which you can chromecast your favorite channels. Through the large windows in the living room and both bedrooms you have a fantastic view of the "Gerlosplatte" and you can look into the beautiful nature.
Garden furniture and a comfortable hammock are at your disposal on the indoor terrace (located on the south side) and you can enjoy the view and have plenty of sun all afternoon. As icing on the cake, you can make (free) use of the indoor wellness area of the apartment complex, which is directly adjacent to the apartment.
You can also (for a fee) enjoy the swimming pool or the luxurious wellness area in the adjacent hotel. There is space for free parking for 1 car in the parking garage and via the reception of the complex you can easily walk into the heated ski room. Free WIFI is available in the apartment. The complex has an elevator. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. In the complex is a room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee. If you come with two cars, you can park the second car for a fee in the Dorfbahn parking garage.
In summer , the 'Dorfbahn' ski lift is open daily from mid-June to early September and takes you to an altitude of 2200 meters where you can take beautiful walks through the high Alpine meadows. The Durlaβboden reservoir offers hours of water fun, the water temperature rises to about 21 degrees in summer! Various water sports can be practiced, such as surfing, rowing and sailing. The children can play in the playground next to the reservoir and there is the possibility to barbecue at the lake, better not to end the summer day. But there is much more to discover and do during your summer holiday in Königsleiten, there are many excursions in the region. Think of the climbing park in Gerlos, the toboggan run in Zell am Ziller, the Krimml Waterfalls, mountain biking in the Zillertal and hiking in the beautiful nature. If it rains for a day, a visit to the indoor swimming pool in Wald is a good alternative.
In winter you can start your winter sports adventures directly from your apartment, the piste and the 'Dorfbahn' ski lift are directly behind the ski-in, ski-out apartment complex for many hours of fun in the snow of the Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski school is within walking distance, ideal for children or novice winter sports enthusiasts. After a day on the slopes, your mouth is watering at one of the Austrian restaurants and the après-ski should of course not be missed. You can do this in the village itself, at the Schirm bar or the Hannes Alm. Due to the high location of the village of Königsleiten (more than 1600 m), it is a very snow-sure destination, and skiing is possible from early December to about mid-April.
