The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 4 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
In addition, 2 bedrooms have a folding bed.
Both bathrooms have a toilet and a shower.
There is a small enclosed garden and a loggia with lounge set where you can sit outside until late in the evening.
In the basement there is a ski rack, ski boot dryer and a washing machine.
With the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun, Kitzbuhel and Bramberg/Neukirchen within easy reach, the house is ideally located for a varied winter sports holiday.
In summer the ideal starting point to explore the Hohe Tauern National Park, the Oberpinzgau or even the entire Salzburgerland.
