Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (municipality of Stuhlfelden) at an altitude of 860 meters. The detached chalet is located on the southern mountainside and has a beautiful unobstructed view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is very quietly located, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of the grasslands, with only one house next to you.
The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbühel, reachable in 13-20 minutes. You can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. here in winter . In the summer you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.
With a total living area of 270m2, spread over 3 floors, you can relax with several families, children or friends and be together in a beautiful environment. The chalet is very spacious and is comfortably furnished, for up to 12 people.
There is free Wi-Fi (300Mbps) in the house and a large billiard table in the wellness area.
The ground floor is spacious with a large hall, modern kitchen with built-in appliances, dining room with Austrian dining area, spacious living room with large smart TV, and a spacious 2-person room with private bathroom. From the living room you have access to the spacious south-facing garden with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. There is also a terrace on the side where you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of Stuhlfelden and Mittersill in the evening.
Through a wide staircase and hall you enter the first floor with 2 spacious 2-person rooms with bathroom en-suite including toilet, a spacious 4-person room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, with bathroom en-suite including toilet. There is also a double room with bunk beds and its own sink. Around the first floor is a large balcony on the south and west with seating. 3 bedrooms open onto the balcony.
In the basement you will find a sitting area in the hall with smart TV and a playstation 4 including games. In the wellness area there is a spacious sauna at your disposal. There is a large billiard table that you will enjoy a lot. There is also a large shower room with 2 showers, a seating area and a bluetooth sound system. You will also find an authentically furnished wine cellar where you can enjoy each other's company.
You will also find a separate laundry room where you can use washing machine (including detergent), dryer and ironing board.
In the basement there is a ski boot dryer and a drying cabinet for wet gloves etc.
There is a garage where you can hang the skis. All garden furniture is also located there.
There is enough space on the driveway for parking several cars (max 4).
From the chalet and from the sunny terraces and balconies you have a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the village of Stuhlfelden.
There are 4 ski areas in the immediate vicinity: 2 large ones, Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglemm (a 20-minute drive via the Areitexpress) and Kitzbühl (13 minutes to the Kitzbühl Panoramabahn in Hollersbach), and 2 smaller ones: Weissee (30 min. Driving) and Neukirchen.
Stuhlfelden itself is a beautiful village known as the oldest archery village in Europe. Here you can take archery courses for beginners and advanced in the available beautiful in-door and out-door facilities. There is also a beautiful old church, probably the oldest in the region.
