In the southernmost tip of Salzburgerland you will find the Lungau.
Here we rent out four 6 person apartments and two 4 person apartments. Each apartment has a terrace or a spacious balcony with garden chairs, a table and garden bench. There is a large parking area in front of the house and a large south-facing garden with a spacious playground and a traditional stone barbecue has been installed, which is used a lot, especially in summer. Next to the BBQ is a gazebo with a sitting area with a generous dining table. Around the lawn and the house is a beautifully landscaped garden.
The area really exudes tranquility.
Your home has a bright and spacious room and an open, well-equipped kitchen.

The house has 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The bathroom has a light color scheme, is well lit and has an automatic extraction. The bedroom has new box-spring beds and a bunk bed and has spacious wardrobes. The bedroom has large windows, which let in a lot of light. And blackout curtains.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove with oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and an extensive kitchen inventory.

Your bed is made with (free) bed linen and you will receive towels and a starter pack from us
with, among other things, toilet paper, waste bags, dishwasher tablet, etc.
Through an outside door you walk to your terrace with a view of the valley and the mountains.
The property is located in the Sankt Martin district, within walking distance of the Sonnenbahn gondola.
From the sun terrace you have a view of the surrounding mountains.
During your stay you will receive the Lungau Card (valid between 01.06 and 31.10) with this card you can go for free with 4 different lifts, 4 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor swimming pool, a climbing and clambering park and various museums and castles.

From the house you can walk to Sankt Michael in 5 minutes, the highway in 10 minutes and Tamsweg is about a 15-minute drive away.
The Prebersee can be reached in 25 minutes and the Millstättersee can be reached in 45 minutes.

An ideal family home, from which you can easily reach many touristically attractive places, mountains and passes.
