The Lungau is found in the southernmost tip of Salzburgerland.
Here we rent out four 6-person apartments and two 4-person apartments.
Each apartment has a terrace or a spacious balcony with garden chairs, a table and garden bench.
There is a large parking lot in front of the house and a large south-facing garden with a spacious playground with a traditional stone barbecue, which is used a lot, especially in summer.
Next to the BBQ is a gazebo with a sitting area with a large dining table. There is a beautifully landscaped garden around the house. The environment really exudes tranquility.
Your home has a bright and spacious room and an open, well-equipped kitchen.

The house has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a second toilet. The bathrooms have a light color scheme, good lighting and automatic extraction. The bedrooms are equipped with new box-spring beds and spacious wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have a large window, which allows a lot of light to enter. And blackout curtains.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer and an extensive kitchen inventory.
You can walk to your balcony through the patio door. With views of the valley and the mountains.

The house is located in the district of Sankt Martin, within walking distance of the gondola Sonnenbahn.
From the very private sun terrace you have a view of the surrounding mountains.
During your stay you will receive the Lungau card (valid from 01.06 to 31.10) with this card you can use 4 different lifts, 4 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a climbing and climbing park and various museums and castles for free.

From the house you can reach St. Michael in 5 minutes, the motorway in 10 minutes and Tamsweg is about a 15-minute drive away.
The Prebersee can be reached in 25 minutes and the Millstättersee in 45 minutes.
