You have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks from the terrace and it is wonderful to spend a holiday in both summer and winter because of the many activities in the region.

Layout holiday home

The luxury apartment is located on the second floor of a modern complex in Saalbach. There is a very cozy living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area with a fireplace where there is enough space to sit with the whole group. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and in the third bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 extra people. There is a sauna in one of the bathrooms, so you can relax here after a day of skiing. Then you can snuggle up on the couch in front of the crackling fire.

Environment

The center of Saalbach and the supermarket are 4 km from the apartment. Within walking distance you will find several restaurants, the bus stop and hiking trails.

Here you can enjoy all the beauty that Saalbach and the surrounding area have to offer in both summer and winter. Skiing, hiking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, there is plenty to do, for young and old.

Especially in winter, Saalbach is a very popular winter sports destination with an extensive ski area together with Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Zell am See.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival, the holiday-maker pays a fee of 40% of the agreed price to the entrepreneur.
In case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price; In case of cancellation within two to one month before the effective date, 75% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price;

Deposit

A deposit may be charged for the rented accommodation. At the end of the rental period, Droomvilla will refund it (after settlement of any damages) within 7 days. If applicable, the consumption of, for example, water and electricity will be settled with this.

Insurance

Droomvilla advises the tenant to take out travel and cancellation insurance (possibly with world coverage).
