The apartment is part of the in 2015 renovated 400 year old Pinzgauer Schrempf farm (anno 1613) and is located in the sunny picturesque village of Niedernsill, a 10-minute drive from Kaprun and Zell am See.
The Schrempf-Anna apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farm and has 14 sleeping places. The luxurious living room with kitchen and dining area is approximately 100m². From the living / kitchen / dining area you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern. In the living room, which has a spacious sitting area, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and iPod docking / CD / radio, you can enjoy a chat about the day.
The kitchen is equipped with a combi-oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery are sufficiently available. The kitchen island is equipped with an induction hob and cozy bar stools. The hall gives access to the balcony on the east and west side of the apartment. Through the hall you also have access to the 3rd toilet and the utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd floor (attic). This bedroom has 2 2-pers. bed. Next to this bedroom is a 3rd bathroom with double sink, (rain) shower and spacious sauna. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bedroom 4 has a king-size 2-pers. bed, 2x a 1-pers. bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony (south).
