B. Kaprun

B. Kaprun is a new luxury 10 person villa with large private wellness in a prime location in the center of Kaprun, 150m from the practice slope in the center and 700m from the valley station Kaprun Center with connection to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

On the ground floor a spacious hall with storage facilities for skis and/or snowboard including heating for ski and/or snowboard boots. From the hall you can walk straight into the large wellness area of over 50m2. A lovely 8 person sauna, a warm Vola rain shower and an ice-cold Vola sauna shower.

Lovely sunbeds to relax. You can play music via your own device on the existing Sonos system. 

In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

From the central hall you reach the split-level floor with 2 bedrooms via a small staircase (5 steps), both with a king-size hotel bed, large wardrobe and television. 

1 room with 2x a single bed 200x90cm, cupboard space and storage drawers under the beds,  

1 room with bunk beds also with 200x90cm mattress size and storage cupboard.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

On this level there are 2 bathrooms, 1 with Vola rain shower and a freestanding bath and generous double sink, and 1 bathroom with Vola shower and single sink.

From this floor you reach the upper floor via a staircase with the bedroom with a king-size bed 200x180cm, large wardrobe with television and ensuite bathroom with Vola rain shower and a double spacious sink.

On this floor is also the large relax area (54m2) with a large balcony with a fantastic view of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. In this room a kitchen with facilities to make your own breakfast.

The center of Kaprun with various dining options for dinner is within walking distance.

Outside there is space to park 4 cars on site and there is an 11KW charging point for electric cars.

The ski areas of Kaprun, Zell am See, Saalbach Hinterglemm with a total of more than 400km of slopes are all easily accessible.
