Our luxury chalet is ideally located, right in the center of the picturesque village of Hinterglemm with stunning views of the village and the slopes. Less than 200 meters away are 3 different ski lifts as that gives you direct access to the ski resort of Saalbach / Hinterglemm / Leogang ((*CONTENT HIDDEN*)) and also the children's ski school of Hinterglemm is only 200 meters away! In Saalbach / Hinterglemm / Leogang, you have approximately 200 km of varied slopes and about 55 lifts at your disposal. You can also make use of the area of ??about 120 km of ski runs.

The luxury chalet has a typical warm Austrian feel with lots of wood and supposedly Altholz and is really well equipped with free wifi, cable TV incl. Dutch TV, an outdoor sauna with a view of the entire valley of Hinterglemm.

Ground floor
On the ground floor two covered parking spaces (the chalet is located in the village and is easily accessible without snow chains), a spacious hall, and ski room with heated skischoenhouder.

First floor
On the first floor three bedrooms. The master bedroom with two double beds, satellite television, view on the ski slopes of Hinterglemm and access to the balcony. Features a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, toilet and underfloor heating. In addition, two two-person bedrooms with a view of the valley and access to the balcony and two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating.

Second floor
On the second floor, the cozy living area with a spacious living area, a sloping beamed ceiling with gallery and magnificent views of the ski slopes and the village! The chalet is equipped with a modern kitchen with appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
