From home you can walk straight into the mountains or forests. The Presseggersee is 10 minutes by car. Haus Vanessa is known for its tranquility. If you still want hustle and bustle and entertainment, it is all within a radius of 15 km.

We Edwin and Vanessa emigrated with a lot of passion and love with our family and two teenage daughters and two dogs to beautiful Austria in 2019. Carinthia for the beautiful seasons, The peace and quiet, congestion-free, mountains of the great outdoors, away from the full and busy stressful Netherlands. Since we have a large house, the ground floor was empty. We therefore thought that it was a pity that you can also enjoy this fantastic country with friends or family.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
