In a unique location in Carinthia, 100 meters from the border triangle between Austria, Italy and Slovenia, we offer this particularly richly equipped, brand new holiday home with spacious garden with terrace on the south and all around views of the mountains, on one side a view of the Dobratch Mountains, on the other side Slovenia the Triglav National Park and the Friuli province in Italy

The house is very richly equipped with various terraces, a barrel sauna, hot & cold tub, ceramic bbq and fire pit. In the summer wonderful temperatures, in the autumn beautiful autumn colors and in the winter enjoy the snow!

In the morning coffee with apple strudel on an alpine meadow, in the afternoon hiking, rafting, kayaking or mountain biking in the Slovenian outdoor mecca Kransjka Gora, and in the evening pizza, pasta or fine dining in Italy.

The house has a spacious living room with Netflix TV, well-equipped luxury kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious garden, balcony and a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and "big green egg" replica for culinary barbecuing.

Compared to similar houses in the immediate vicinity, the attic room of this house is accessible with a fixed staircase, and energy costs are included, these are not settled afterwards.

Also unique is the barrel sauna and a cold & hot tub, both for private use! Relax after a hot or cold day. It is not a swimming pool for swimming laps, but it is fun for the children. With its own air mattress and sleeping bag, the barrel sauna is also an adventurous guest house for children.

Accessible via highways (Utrecht 1100km) or with attractive weekend rates with, for example, Transavia via Ljubljana (75min), Graz (2h), Salzburg (2h) or Venice (2h30). Please contact us about this.

Cycling and canoeing can be done along the lakes or along the Drau. For something a little more adventurous, you can rent mountain bikes in Kranjska Gora, 15 minutes away. Rafting is possible near Villach or a little deeper into the nature park in Slovenia.

Many lakes in Austria, Slovenia and Italy have swimming opportunities, from swimming pools with slides around Faakersee, to forest lakes at Lago del Predill.

The nearest indoor pool with slides is 15 minutes away on the outskirts of Villach (Warmbad Kärnten), but the first stream with high waterfalls is a 10-minute walk away, directly into the woods from the house.
