The Ankogel lofts are all on the ground floor. The Lofts are equipped for 2 people,
(baby/child in consultation) each have their own character and views of the impressive mountains. A camping/children's and folding bed with high chair is available upon consultation.

The Lofts are furnished with a lovely double bed made of COCO mat, a nice sofa or armchairs from Sissy Boy, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower, bathroom products from Marie Stella Maris, and upon arrival there is a lovely pair of SOXS ready.

LED smart TV, SONOS music and Chromecast.

There are several seating areas in the garden and a wood-fired hot tub.

The Ankogel Lofts are located on the edge of the village in the former Disco Ankogel.
The disco dating from 1958 has recently been converted into 6 comfortable and attractive rooms
Lofts. Next to the building is the BURLEYS bar where you can enjoy the fireplace with a nice glass of wine!

Mallnitz is known as “Bergsteigerdorf” and “Luftkurort” and is the perfect holiday destination in both summer and winter for anyone who wants to avoid mass tourism and enjoy themselves.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
