Casa Safra
The house is available for a maximum of 6 people. Our casa has a spacious living room with open kitchen and is equipped with all amenities such as a television and wood stove. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious balcony. The third bedroom is on the second floor. You can enjoy the surroundings on the terrace outside at the front or next to the house on the covered terrace. There is parking for two cars at the house, one of which is under the carport.
Location
Our house is located in the far west of Carinthia in the village of Kötschach-Mauthen. Kötschach-Mauthen is located in the Gailtal at an altitude of about 700 meters and about 15 kilometers from the Italian border. You can enjoy these beautiful surroundings all year round. In the summer you can enjoy walking, use the Aquarena with the indoor and outdoor swimming pool within walking distance or cycle/mountain biking along the Gail. In winter there is a ski slope close to the house, which is especially suitable for families with children. The Nassfeld ski area is 20 km away (free ski bus) and the Lienz ski area is a half-hour drive away. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the house.
